Focus and TK programs

When running TK programs focus will sometimes be lost and revert to following the mouse. Steps to reproduce:

SDL_RESIZABLE windows

SDL resizable windows don't always fill the frame. Sometimes they appear in the corner. They always behave correctly when unhiding them, however. The problems seems to happen when the window is first created and shown.

Epiphany

Starting Epiphany, or starting stumpwm while Epiphany is running, causes clisp to immediately terminate. Reported by twb on Debian Sid, AMD64 using
